Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, basic programming preferably and utilizing precision measuring instruments to ensure high-quality production standards. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively

Responsibilities

Operate Haas CNC machines, to produce precision parts according to specifications. Program CNC machinery based on engineering drawings and specifications. Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to tolerances and specifications. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any operational issues Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing process. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility is preferred. Proficiency in programming CNC machines Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards in manufacturing Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
