CNC COOLANT TECHNICIAN

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented CNC Coolant Technician to support our machining and washer operations by maintaining coolant and washer systems. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in keeping equipment running at its best, and want to be part of a team that values safety and reliability, this could be the role for you.



What You'll Do

Monitor coolant and hydraulic fluid levels, refilling or replacing as needed Perform daily fluid testing to ensure proper concentrations and detect bacteria or fungus Schedule and complete full system clean-outs for coolant and washer systems, removing sludge and contaminants Clean machines and surrounding areas after system servicing Maintain coolant reclaim and waste systems Follow all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality policies, including proper PPE use Maintain regular, punctual attendance and work overtime when needed Perform additional tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager

What You Bring

Education: High school diploma or GED Experience: 3 years of experience as a CNC Coolant Technician Certification: Ability to obtain a Gibbs-issued Powered Industrial Equipment License
