As a CNA, you'll assist patients with daily activities, promote comfort and independence, and help ensure every resident feels respected and cared for.
You'll work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment that values teamwork and patient-centered care.
? Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
Take vital signs and report changes in patient condition
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Uphold patients' rights and ensure dignity in all aspects of care
? Qualifications
Active CNA certification (required)
Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
