This opening is for multiple .6 and .9 FTE NIGHT Shifts

This is a combined posting for an Associate Certified Nursing Assistant & Certified Nursing Assistant. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Assists with basic patient care for patients and specific delegated duties that support the delivery of quality patient care, under the supervision of an RN. The Certified Nursing Assistant must be competent to interact and gather data from patients of all ages, including pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric. Consequently, the Certified Nursing Assistant must be competent to observe and report to RN a patient\'s self-report or behavior.

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides non-professional direct patient care under the supervision and direction of an RN, utilizing the care plan.

Associate Certified Nursing Assistant

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of certification course for Nursing Assistants
  • Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year experience in nursing home or hospital experience
Associate Certified Nursing Assistant, Salary Range

Min: $17.22, Max: $26.82

Certified Nursing Assistant

Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or equivalent educ/experience
  • CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements
  • Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year acute hospital experience
  • 1 year experience as a CNA 2
