Summary Description


ASCT is seeking a full-time a CMM Quality Inspector who will inspect, test materials and equipment to ensure compliance with specified drawings and procedures.

Exemplary Duties/Responsibilities



The Quality Inspector would program, set-up, and operate the CMM and other types of inspection equipment for new & cleaned ASCT product. Assist the CMM operators to perform inspections and verify inspection data meets all customer requirements

Perform quality procedures, process improvement audits and assist CNC Machinists with internal and external inspection reports as directed

Performs other inspection, testing, or quality related tasks as required by Management.

Responsible for determining & enforcing quality requirements in accordance with engineering and customer specifications.

Provides continual improvement to the current ASCT Quality Manual and ISO documentation supporting our ISO 9001:2015 Certification.

Provide process control measurements or inspections as required by manufacturing processes.

Provides positive attitude in growing with the ASCT Team in assisting continued growth in all quality aspects as a Team and Company

Skill / Knowledge



Ability to read and interpret blue prints, CMM programing, CMM operating and perform all inspection requirements with various inspection equipment. (Height Gauge, Calipers, Depth Gauges, etc.)

Maintain ISO documented procedures for ASCT's ISO 9001:2015 Standard.

Proficiency in machine shop mathematics, where applicable, and ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to use Solid Work software where applicable.

Detail oriented with an ability to discern between complex drawings and small variations on inspected materials.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
