Position Summary



We're seeking a

dependable and compassionate Medical Assistant or LPN

who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven clinical environment. In this role, you'll work closely with providers and staff to deliver outstanding care while helping ensure that our patients' experiences reflect the excellence our practice is known for.

Key Responsibilities



Provide direct patient care including accurate vital signs, patient preparation, and assistance during exams and procedures. Support providers by anticipating needs and maintaining efficient patient flow throughout the day. Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, updating medical records, and coordinating testing with hospitals and outside facilities. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and diagnostic procedures in a compassionate and clear manner. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment at all times. Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and accountability in every interaction.

Qualifications



Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN in a clinic or hospital setting (cardiology experience preferred). Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and use of EHR systems. Current

Basic Life Support (BLS)

certification required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- able to connect with patients and colleagues with respect and empathy. Reliable, adaptable, and willing to help wherever needed to support the team.
