Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Steel - Arkansas is seeking applicants for the position of Annealing Operator for Cold Mill 1.
The selected teammate will be responsible for maintaining and growing a culture of safety awareness, team member development, product quality, cost awareness, and continuous improvement.
This position requires rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Annealing experience
- Welding/burning/mechanical skills
- Cold Mill knowledge
- Experience with remote crane
