Roles Include

Floor Supervisor / Shift Lead Bar & Beverage Manager Guest Services / Box Office Supervisor Operations & Club Management
What You'll Do

Lead, train, and mentor staff to deliver top-tier service across all departments Oversee daily operations, including floor management, VIP experiences, and event execution Maintain operational standards, safety protocols, and high-quality guest experiences Manage schedules, POS systems, cash handling, and team performance Collaborate with ownership to implement club initiatives, promotions, and growth strategies
What We're Looking For

Proven management or supervisory experience in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate a team, handle fast-paced environments, and resolve guest issues with professionalism Must be 21 years or older Comfortable working in an entertainment environment Flexible availability for weekend, late-night, and special event shifts
