This position is based in the following office location: Manchester, NH

The Opportunity

Southern New Hampshire University\'s traditional campus is looking for a Field Hockey Club Coach. As a Club Coach, you will instruct the club according to the skill level of the club members to develop skills ranging from beginner to advanced. You will report to the Campus Recreation Administrator. You will work on our main campus in Manchester, NH, and will be an onsite role. "#LI-Onsite"

In this role you will get to:

• Follow the rules, emergency and safety procedures as set forth by the Sports Club Handbook.
• Mentor all members of your team while helping the executive board accomplish goals.
• Support and give us guidance in recruiting new members to participate and join the club.
• Be present and on time for all practices, competitions, and mandatory training sessions.
• Guide communication between players and Club Sport Administrative staff.
• Coaches should instruct all participants on proper technique and ways to improve in the given sport.

We would like to see:

• High School diploma
• 1year of coaching experience working with and managing teams
• Maintain current CPR/First Aid certification (Willing to train if current certification is not held)
• Chaperone for all travel games following all travel guidelines as set forth by the Office of Student Involvement
