Kahului, HI 96732 | From $60,000- $70,000/year | Full-Time, M-F (8hr shifts)

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui, we're not just afterschool care--we're a movement! We're seeking an experienced, passionate, and purpose-driven Clubhouse Director to lead our Paukukalo/Kahekili Clubhouse with heart, creativity, and commitment.

If you're someone who can inspire youth, lead a dynamic team, and create a safe, thriving space where Maui's keiki can learn, grow, and thrive--you might be the leader we're looking for.

What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Paukukalo/Kahekil Clubhouse (think: safety, structure, and spirit!)
Lead and support a rockstar team of youth development professionals
Develop and oversee high-impact programs in Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship
Build strong relationships with youth, families, schools, and the wider Paukukalo/Kahekil community
Champion a culture of inclusion, fun, and learning
Oversee facility maintenance, membership systems, and program scheduling
Support fundraising efforts and help report wins (we love sharing success stories!)
Keep the vibes high, the clubhouse safe, and the mission alive

You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in youth programming (Boys & Girls Clubs or similar orgs preferred)
Strong team leadership & staff development experience
Confidence managing clubhouse operations (from budgets to behavior management)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
A valid driver's license & commitment to youth safety
Bonus points for fundraising or event experience!

Important Details:
Must be able to commute to or relocate to Kahului, HI
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day
All offers contingent on background check & drug screen
