Own the opportunity as a Cloud Solutions Architect and help ensure the mission is never interrupted.


Our work depends on a Solutions Architect joining our team to ensure our customers' services are hosted in the cloud, based on a deliberate decision process, which first considers application hosting in a brokered, multi-vendor, multi-cloud, multi-tenant FedRAMP certified commercial cloud computing environment, and chooses the migration target (multi-tenant, hybrid, private off-premise, etc.) based on cost-effectively meeting all mission requirements, including security, latency, workload variability, and the like.


HOW A CLOUD SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Define target architecture in AWS Assess migration strategies Design networking, security, and resource deployment Develop a deep understanding of our IT infrastructure while identifying opportunities for improvement. Streamline workflows and deliver inventive technical solutions that maximize efficiency. Engage with stakeholders to communicate development progress, technical strategies, and costs. Drive process optimization across the organization with scalable, forward-thinking solutions. Continuously evaluate existing and emerging technologies to keep our systems mission-ready.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelors in Computer Science Experience: 10 years Technical skills: AWS Cloud Skills and abilities: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - professional Security clearance level: Public Trust Location: On Customer Site Timeline: This is a contingent posting, expected to start in spring 2026.

Salary and Benefit Information


The likely salary range for this position is $169,604 - $229,464. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
