Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting Extensive experience with Office configuration, deployment, and management across platforms (Windows, MacOS, Web, and Mobile), including use of tools like MECM, Intune, AppStore, MDM, and Cloud Updates. Experience with Integrated Apps / Centralized Deployment, managing policies for Office Apps (Group Policy, Intune Policy, Cloud Policy), using the Office Apps Admin Center, and handling Integrated Apps/Centralized Deployment This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 3+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). 2+ years experience working on technical projects. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
