What You'll Do (Fast, Friendly & Efficient)

As a Closing Shift Sales & Buying Associate, you help families while keeping the store moving--then wrap up the day with a strong finish.

Greet customers quickly and provide friendly, helpful service Assist through the buy-sell-trade process with confidence and urgency Evaluate and purchase gently used items using company buying guidelines Restock, straighten, and organize the sales floor throughout the shift Keep merchandise moving--tagging, pricing, shelving Maintain clean, attractive displays Close out registers and follow end-of-day procedures (based on training level) Tidy, reset, and prepare the store for the next morning Operate the POS for sales, returns, and buys

Requirements

Must be able to work

at least one weekend day

Must be available for evening and closing shifts Able to stand and stay active for the full shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and strong at communicating Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment
