Mortgage Loan Closing Coordinator & Operations Assistant

We are a mortgage company based in Folsom, CA searching for the right candidate to join our team in the Closing/Operations Department! The right candidate will be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision (once trained), excellent at following written and verbal instructions, have an amazing eye for details, and eager to learn!

Primary Job Duties include:

Answer incoming calls for the company! Prepare and draw official loan docs, following legal and compliance guidelines Review funding packages for completeness and accuracy Fund loans Perform various administrative tasks related to Closing & Compliance Assist the Operations Manager with various administrative tasks within the Operations Department (research, bill pay, scheduling appointments, mail runs, loan servicing tasks, and more)

Excited to work for a small but mighty -local- company Able to work in our Folsom office 1-2 times per week Able to work from home in a non-disruptive environment Able to attend team meetings & local team events in person Extremely detail-oriented Able to remain calm and focused under pressure Great with time management and prioritizing tasks Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision and stay on task A quick learner, self-motivated, and a problem-solver Experience creating loan packages with DocMagic is a plus! Experience using Loan Operating Software is a major plus!

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (hour for lunch)
The start and end times are somewhat negotiable.
