Position Summary:
We are seeking
3 licensed clinicians
to join our team and deliver high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral health care across residential and outpatient programs. Clinicians will provide individual and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure client-centered outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy for adults with mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and program development.
Support vocational and life skills programming as part of the recovery process.
One clinician
must have completed New Mexico CCSS training
, with the ability to mentor or guide other staff in its application.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Licensed or license-eligible in New Mexico (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience in behavioral health, substance use, or residential care.
Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, MI, etc.).
CCSS training in New Mexico highly preferred
(at least one clinician must be trained).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
