Title: Scientist - Molecular Profiling & Bioconjugation
Duration: 06 months
Location: Cambridge, MA
Shift: Monday - Friday, Business Hours
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join the Molecular Profiling & Bioconjugation group in BioMedicine Design at our Client. The selected candidate will collaborate with a talented team of scientists to develop innovative protein biotherapeutics aimed at delivering curative treatments to patients.
This position will be a key part of the conjugation chemistry team, responsible for the hands-on execution of bioconjugation experiments, including the generation, purification, and characterization of bioconjugates.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bioconjugation experiments, including preparation, purification, and analysis of protein conjugates
• Apply standard laboratory techniques and basic protein handling skills
• Utilize chromatography and mass spectrometry for analytical and purification work
• Plan, execute, and document experiments with precision and minimal supervision after training
• Maintain accurate lab records and clearly communicate experimental results
• Use Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis, presentation, and reporting

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with standard laboratory techniques and protein handling
• Familiarity with bioconjugation reactions, analytical chemistry, and purification methods
• Working knowledge of chromatography and mass spectrometry preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner capable of independent work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
