16-bed residential treatment center

provides a

30-day rehabilitation program

8-bed detoxification unit

for those in need of medical stabilization before beginning treatment.

Our program is designed to provide our clients with the opportunity to receive compassionate support with individualized treatment. We provide recognized treatment approaches and opportunities to practice mindfulness, creative pursuits, yoga and plan to grow and add alternative programs such as equine therapy, nature therapy and skills for living in recovery and building personal and career development.

Role


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care for our clients, and providing guidance and support to our clinical staff. This position requires a strong background in mental health services, with a focus on innovative therapeutic approaches and effective team leadership.

Responsibilities



Supervise and mentor clinical staff, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their professional development. Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate constructive feedback sessions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in clinical care. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. Address complex cases involving art therapy, psychopharmacology, and gender issues counseling. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Participate in program development initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Experience



A minimum of five years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least two years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based treatment practices and adjunct therapies, such as art therapy, mindfulness and equine therapy. Experience addressing gender issues counseling within diverse populations and trauma treatment experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and staff. Proven ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a supportive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,567.00 - $85,000.00 per year
