We're seeking a

Clinical Specialist

to support our communities by providing expert oversight, mentorship, and continuity of care when clinical leadership transitions or support is needed. You'll serve as a clinical bridge and mentor, making a real difference when it's most needed. Your leadership ensures our communities remain compliant and clinically sound even during times of transition. You'll join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and top-notch resident experiences.





This position requires significant travel, primarily throughout the Pacific Northwest, with the ability to travel nationally as needed. We are looking for a confident RN with strong supervisory experience, a polished professional image, and the ability to quickly step in and lead with excellence.





As a

Clinical Specialist

, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground clinical expert and temporary leader during times of transition. You will:


Step into the

clinical leadership role

when there's a vacancy in a community. Conduct

resident assessments and update service plans

to ensure personalized, appropriate care. Address resident and family concerns with professionalism and empathy. Oversee

medication management programs

to ensure adherence to best practices. Monitor care delivery and confirm

ADL/Task Sheets

are properly developed and implemented. Support, train, and coach the care team to ensure compliance and confidence in their roles. Investigate incidents and take corrective actions as necessary. Ensure full compliance with

state and federal assisted living regulations

. Help onboard and support the

incoming clinical leader

for a smooth transition. Participate in audits and deliver training sessions as needed.



Qualifications:




Unencumbered RN license

(compact license or eligibility to obtain one). Minimum

2 years of supervisory nursing experience

(preferably assisted living or long-term care).

Assisted living experience required

. Proficient in

Electronic Health Records (EHR)

and

Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR)

. Professional image in both

appearance and behavior

. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel to assigned communities as needed.
