Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)from a CSWE-accredited program.
Active state licensureas a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experienceworking with vulnerable, homeless, or veteran populations.
Knowledge of *HUD-VASH, SSVF, GPD, CMIS/HMIS and VA community-based programs.
Experience with co-occurring disorders*, trauma, PTSD, and substance use treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessmentsfor homeless Veterans to identify clinical, social, and housing needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment and housing stability plansthat integrate mental health, substance use, and social service interventions.
Provide clinical counselingusing evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care).
Deliver crisis intervention*, suicide prevention, and mental health stabilization services as needed.
Collaborate with VA Medical Centers, HUD-VASH, SSVF, GPD, and local community partnersto coordinate care and ensure Veterans receive entitled benefits.
Monitor client progress through case conferences, and telehealth sessions*.
Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentationin compliance with VA, and HIPAA standards.
Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and program evaluationsto ensure service quality and compliance with grant regulations.
Advocate for Veterans' access to housing, healthcare, employment, and benefits.
Provide training and consultationto staff on trauma-informed care and mental health best practices for homeless Veterans.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
