Clinical Professional Development Specialist
to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing learning needs, mentoring staff, facilitating continuing education, and integrating evidence-based practices into training. The candidate will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that support clinical staff in their professional growth and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:
Design and Implement Educational Programs
: Develop and evaluate training programs tailored to the needs of clinical staff.
Mentorship and Support
: Guide and mentor healthcare professionals in their career development and clinical practices.
Assess Learning Needs
: Identify gaps in knowledge or skills and create targeted training solutions.
Continuing Education
: Coordinate and facilitate ongoing education and certification activities.
Collaboration
: Work with leadership and staff to address organizational and team learning needs.
Compliance and Standards
: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and nursing standards.
Evidence-Based Practices
: Research and apply the latest evidence-based practices in clinical education.
Documentation
: Maintain records of training and development activities for compliance and tracking purposes.
Technology Integration
: Utilize educational technologies, such as learning management systems, to enhance training delivery.
Qualifications: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
Masters Degree in Nursing, Nursing Education, Education, Instructional Design, Business, Leadership, Informatics, Administration or equivalent degree required.
BLS
Minimum At least 3 years of clinical care expertise required in clinical specialty
