Full - Time: 40 Hours Per Week

1st Shift: 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Summary:

The Clinical Operations Supervisor works collaboratively within the Division\xe2\x80\x99s leadership team to ensure that the evidenced based programming offered is of the highest quality and is in compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. They will also serve as a clinical resource for staff and physicians.

Responsibilities:

    • Adds value as a key member of management; understands the business, financials, industry, customers and strategy.
    • Supervises and develops employees by providing direction and oversight, along with coaching and training opportunities.
    • Manages both staff and program performance to achieve Division goals and expectations.
    • Assists the Operations Manager, Cluster Director and Clinical Operations Director with preparing, managing, and adhering to department budgets to maintain expenditure controls.
    • Provides program coordination in collaboration with the Division\xe2\x80\x99s Operations Manager, Cluster Director and Clinical Operations Director.
    • Accountable for program operations (workflow, procedures, facility furnishings, inventory, supplies, Kronos, process improvement), personnel supervision and general administration (assisting physicians, clinical staff, and management) and clinical functions.
    • Assists Operation Manager, Cluster Director and Clinical Operations Director with projects.
    • Travel to offsite locations and a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license is required
    • Other duties as required.


Other information:
Technical Expertise
  • Experience in pediatric mental health settings is required.
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory status in the State of Ohio required.
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma and other performance improvement methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience in the clinical treatment of emotional and behavioral health impairments is required.
  • Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Experience with clinical documentation using electronic medical records software is required.
Education and Experience
  • Education: Masters\xe2\x80\x99 degree in Counseling, Social Work or other healthcare related field is required.
  • Years of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years is preferred.
  • Years of experience supervising: 3 to 5 years is preferred.
