Registered Nurse
to serve as our
Clinical Operations Nurse
. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a patient-focused outpatient environment and enjoys blending clinical responsibilities with operational leadership -- all within a predictable, daylight schedule.
The Clinical Operations Nurse will provide high-quality, hands-on clinical care while also overseeing the daily operations of our concierge practice. Clinical responsibilities require mastery of
phlebotomy and laboratory processing, intravenous infusions, EKGs, vital signs, medication administration and education, and patient triage

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities
Perform phlebotomy, specimen handling, laboratory processing, and coordination with reference labs.
Administer IV infusions, injections, and medications per protocol.
Obtain and document vital signs, EKGs, and other diagnostic assessments.
Assist physicians during exams, procedures, and treatments as needed.
Provide patient education, including medication instructions, follow-up plans, and preventive health guidance.
Triage patient phone calls, messages, and clinical questions; provide appropriate RN-level advice.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR.
Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, OSHA, and clinical quality standards.
Operational & Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure consistent, efficient workflow.
Supervise, support, and guide Medical Assistants, including task delegation and performance feedback.
Manage inventory, supply ordering, and vendor relationships (labs, equipment, and medical supply partners).
Ensure the environment is organized, clean, and aligned with clinic standards at all times.
Assist with onboarding and training new staff.
Monitor compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, and regulatory requirements relevant to outpatient care.
Collaborate with leadership to improve operations, patient experience, and clinic efficiency.
Administrative & Patient Support Duties
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with front-desk workflow as needed.
Manage referrals, prior authorizations, and coordination of care with partner specialists.
Support membership-related tasks and ensure high-touch service consistent with concierge medicine.
Communicate professionally with patients, families, and vendors to maintain a high level of service.
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted
Colorado Registered Nurse (RN)
license.
Minimum
2 years of clinical nursing experience
, preferably in an adult population.
Demonstrated skill in phlebotomy, IV access, patient triage, and clinical documentation.
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing workflow and operations.
Ability to provide calm, professional communication with patients and team members.
Proficiency with EMR systems and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain composure in a dynamic clinic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience.
Experience in a private practice, concierge medicine, or high-service medical environment.
Familiarity with inventory management, ordering systems, and vendor coordination.
Comfort with small-team clinical operations and hands-on daily involvement.
Compensation & Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
30-minute lunch break
No nights, weekends, or holidays
3% bi-weekly 401(k) contribution (in lieu of employer healthcare benefits)
Competitive pay depending on experience
