Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all clinic operations to ensure smooth daily functioning Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Implement policies and procedures to promote efficient workflow and high-quality patient care Collaborate with medical providers and senior management to optimize clinical services and patient outcomes Monitor quality assurance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement Maintain effective communication between departments to support operational excellence Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices in medical management

Requirements

Proven experience in healthcare management or medical management roles Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams Knowledge of healthcare regulations Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to develop and implement policies that improve operational efficiency Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field; Nursing experience preferred Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with staff, patients, and external partners
