AT A GLANCE
RVO Health is seeking a Clinical Marketing Manager to help advance our mission of improving health and wellbeing for everyone. In this role, you will drive enrollments for our Wellos product through B2B2C and D2C acquisition marketing strategies, highlighting the product's clinical value to prospective members, healthcare providers, employer clients, and other stakeholders.
You'll develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, primarily through email and partner channels. This role will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Operations to deliver measurable enrollment growth. This includes owning results and projections, crafting compelling messaging and collateral, analyzing campaign performance, conducting market research, and ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
The ideal candidate combines clinical understanding with marketing expertise, has experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, and is well-versed in the regulations governing clinical marketing. You are a creative, analytical strategist who thrives on experimentation, finds innovative ways to reach new members, and transforms data insights into impactful acquisition strategies.
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.
