E S S E N T I A L F U N C T I O N S




Manage the daily functions of the clinic, including patient flow, and patient access. Implement and monitor clinic policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency. Coordinate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless integration of services and compliance with institutional standards. Assist with hiring, training and supervising clinical staff. Oversee scheduling, and performance management of clinical areas. Assist in performance evaluations, employee rounding, team development, conflict resolution and ongoing compliance training of staff. Monitor and improve patient satisfaction by optimizing wait times, ensuring courteous service, and addressing patient concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other patient privacy and safety regulations. Monitor performance metrics such as visit volumes, provider productivity, no-show and cancelation rates. Assist in managing clinic budgets, expenses, and inventory control. Monitor billing processes, charge capture, reimbursement workflows to include insurance verification, coding compliance, and encounter documentation. Collaborate with the billing department to address denials and improve revenue cycle performance. Ensure the clinic meets all regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics. Support the Oncology Director with compliance audits and reporting. Oversee use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other clinical and administrative systems in assigned area. Generate and review reports on clinic performance, productivity, and patient satisfaction for leadership. Other duties as assigned.



E D U C A T I O N




Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field required. Master's degree in business or healthcare related field preferred.



E X P E R I E N C E




Two (2) years previous supervisory experience required. A minimum of three (3) years healthcare management preferred.

Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent time management kills and ability to establish priorities effectively. Demonstrate ethical and legal accountability for the position. Knowledge of medical office operations, including billing, coding, and compliance. Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic) preferred. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, listening and communication skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
