Job Title: Clinic Manager - Peak Performance Physical Therapy

Peak Performance Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, guide clinical staff, and support outstanding patient outcomes. This is a key leadership role ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist with strong communication, team-building, and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance

Lead and support a multidisciplinary team (PTs, PTAs, Technicians, Massage Therapists, and Interns)

Collaborate with other departments and providers for comprehensive patient care

Monitor budgets and clinic expenses in partnership with leadership

Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and ongoing staff development

Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based techniques

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Active state PT license and CPR certification



Proven leadership or management experience in a clinical setting



Strong interpersonal and organizational skills



Commitment to professional growth and clinical excellence
