Full-Time Clinical Laboratory Manager

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Full-Time Clinical Laboratory Manager to join our partner\'s healthcare team in Weatherford, OK. As a Clinical Laboratory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of the laboratory department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality laboratory services.

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the clinical laboratory department
• Develop and implement laboratory policies, procedures, and quality control measures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
• Supervise laboratory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Oversee inventory management and procurement of laboratory supplies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results
• Analyze and interpret laboratory data, troubleshoot issues, and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field
• Current Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with previous management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality control, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in laboratory information systems and technology
