Clinical Intake Specialist - Kohif TailorHealth

Kohif TailorHealth is a small but growing precision primary care clinic. We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Intake Specialist to help us welcome patients and keep the front office running smoothly. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys patient interaction, staying organized, and being part of a close team.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Collect accurate health and demographic information during intake Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient flow Communicate clearly with patients about forms, payments, and next steps Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk paperwork Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements

Experience in a healthcare setting such as front desk, intake, or medical administration preferred Knowledge of basic medical terminology and healthcare office procedures Comfortable using scheduling systems and digital office tools Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Friendly, reliable, and confident working directly with patients Strong interpersonal and communication skills
