This role focuses on delivering approved curriculum through dynamic, engaging facilitation in groups held multiple times daily. Facilitators support members in building independence and progress in their recovery, using best practices and recovery resources to ensure impactful group experiences.
Your Impact Will Include:
Facilitate groups using the assigned curriculum and schedule, adapting content as needed with approval.
Support members in setting recovery goals and creating plans for re-entry and success.
Observe group dynamics and member behavior, reporting concerns to clinical staff as needed.
Encourage member engagement through meaningful group activities and feedback-driven improvements.
Provide guidance on daily living skills, social skills, and community reintegration.
Complete accurate documentation within 24 hours and meet all KPIs for quality care.
Collaborate with Member Care Teams and recommend support based on observations.
Participate in required supervision, training, and continuing education activities.
Where You'll Work
Primarily onsite at our offices.
Using standard office equipment, plus plenty of face-to-face interaction.
Some days will require long periods of sitting, standing, or walking.

Experience
RequiredMust be 21 or older
1 - 3 years: Excellent facilitation techniques, best practices, and proven success in a similar peer-led model, with a minimum of one (1) year of experience facilitating group(s) required - (1 year of experience facilitating groups or 3 years' experience in behavioral health)
Specialized training in the following areas: managing aggressive behavior, interpersonal skills, abnormal psychology, chemical dependency and counseling, recovery, and re-entry
Excellent professional and ethical boundaries across all aspects of the clinical group facilitator and member therapeutic relationship
Successful recovery and direct work experience in similar behavioral health setting is required
2 year(s): Behavioral Health Technician designation (2+ years behavioral health work experience and/or higher education)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
Effectively demonstrates versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Effectively collaborates and works within a team, while also effectively demonstrating the ability to take initiative and work well individually
PreferredPeer Support Specialist Certification preferred
