Executive Director of Clinical Operations

to partner with our CEO in leading a growing team. In this role, you will function as the Clinical Director and operational lead, overseeing

behavioral health services

while ensuring the highest quality of

patient care

.

This is not just an administrative role; it is an opportunity to influence

program development

, supervise clinical staff, and ensure effective service delivery within a dynamic, supportive environment.

Your Core Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Leadership & Mentorship (The "People" Side)

Supervise & Mentor:

Supervise clinical staff, including BCBAs and RBTs, providing guidance on

treatment strategies

and career development. You aren't just a boss; you are a builder of future leaders.

Culture Builder:

Lead the team in maintaining our unique culture and represent the organization at community events like the Autism Walk.

Training & Education:

Provide and attend ongoing training on

behavioral health protocols

,

diagnostic evaluation techniques

, and best practices in

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

2. Operations & Compliance (The "Business" Side)

Strategic Oversight:

Lead and manage clinical operations, ensuring adherence to

healthcare regulations

and industry standards.

Guardianship of Records:

Oversee

medical documentation

and

medical records

audits to ensure strict adherence to

HIPAA regulations

,

OLBAB

requirements, and payor sources.

Data-Driven Decisions:

Develop and implement policies for data collection and analysis to support effective

treatment outcomes

. You will help us ensure utilization targets are met efficiently.

3. Patient Care & Intake (The "Clinical" Side)

Intake & Assessment:

Oversee intake processes and

patient assessments

to develop individualized

treatment plans

.

Hybrid Caseload:

Maintain a small, focused caseload to keep your skills sharp while coordinating

patient care activities

and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

What You Bring to the Table

Certification:

Current

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

certification required.

Licensure:

Must hold (or be eligible for)

Oklahoma LBA (OLBAB)

licensure.

Executive Experience:

Proven experience in an executive or leadership role, with a strong ability to lead clinical teams while ensuring compliance with

healthcare policies

.

Technical Expertise:

Extensive knowledge of

autism spectrum disorder

,

special education strategies

, and

medical terminology

related to insurance and intake processes - as well as computer and internet skills.
