We're building something special Pivot Telehealth is a next-generation behavioral-health company connecting youth, families, and schools to compassionate clinicians through fast, flexible, HIPAA-secure telehealth. We're hiring an Ohio-licensed Clinical Director to help launch and lead our expansion across the state.

What You'll Do

As our

Part-Time Clinical Director

, you'll shape the clinical culture of Pivot Telehealth and guide our team as we expand across Ohio.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide clinical leadership for our remote team of LPCs, LSWs, and LMFTs.
- Supervise and support clinicians delivering therapy to youth, adults, and school-based clients.
- Oversee compliance, clinical documentation, and quality assurance for Medicaid and insurance billing.
- Collaborate with schools, community partners, and re-entry programs to coordinate care.
- Help design scalable, tech-driven service models for behavioral health access.
- Maintain a small client caseload for supervision and training purposes.

Who You Are

Licensed in Ohio as an

LPCC-S, LISW-S, or Psychologist

. 3+ years of clinical supervision or leadership experience. Comfortable leading remote teams and innovating in digital care delivery. Passionate about community wellness, access, and equity.
