at Cognitive Hygiene Advanced Therapy (C.H.A.T.) will lead the overall clinical oversight of our youth and adolescent programs, providing direct supervision, guidance, and quality assurance to all clinical providers. This role ensures that all clinical needs are met, that staff deliver services aligned with best practices, and that client care remains at the highest standard.
The Clinical Director will oversee and supervise the work of therapists, social workers, qualified mental health specialists, and care coordinators, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and therapeutic effectiveness across programs.
This is primarily a
virtual position
, with an on-site presence required approximately
4-8 days per month
for in-person supervision, staff collaboration, and program observation. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, hands-on leader who values building strong relationships with youth, families, the provider team, and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight & Documentation Supervision:
Serve as the primary clinical supervisor for the agency.
Review and approve all clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Maintain and enhance quality assurance practices to uphold C.H.A.T.'s high standards.
Staff Supervision & Program Management:
Lead and support clinical staff in delivering therapeutic services for youth and adolescents, including programs such as the After School Program and Summer Camp.
Oversee program operations, ensuring alignment with C.H.A.T.'s mission and values.
Client Care Coordination:
Monitor treatment plans, assess program outcomes, and serve as a clinical resource for staff.
Ensure individualized therapeutic care that meets clients' treatment goals.
Availability for Direct Services:
Conduct diagnostic assessments, lead group or individual therapy sessions, and assist in urgent client care as needed to maintain service continuity.
Community Engagement & Agency Promotion:
Actively promote C.H.A.T. within the community by building relationships with youth, families, and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the agency's growth and visibility through outreach efforts and client recruitment.
Qualifications:
Education:
Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Licensure:
Current Ohio clinical license (e.g., LISW-S, LISW, LPCC-S, LPCC, LCSW).
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a clinical role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to youth mental health and community engagement.
Compensation and Schedule:
Salary:
$60,000 annually, paid monthly.
Work Environment:
Hybrid, with the majority of work being virtual. The role requires 4-8 in-office days per month.
