We are seeking a

Clinical Director

who combines exceptional clinical expertise with strong leadership skills--someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, elevates clinical standards, mentors clinicians, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations across locations.

This role is designed for a clinician who wants to lead, shape the clinical culture, and participate meaningfully in the expansion of a premier mental-health practice.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership & Supervision



Provide clinical supervision to licensed and associate-level clinicians. Oversee clinical documentation, treatment quality, ethical compliance, and evidence-based practice standards. Conduct case consultations, crisis-management guidance, and clinical support as needed. Champion a culture of high-quality care, professionalism, and patient-centered service.

Operational & Organizational Leadership



Support the Managing and Executive Director in day-to-day clinical operations across practice locations. Participate in onboarding, training, and development of new clinicians. Assist in policy development, workflow optimization, and clinical process improvement. Collaborate with leadership on scheduling, caseload management, and clinical workflow solutions.

Program Development



Help develop new service lines, specialized programs, and community initiatives. Identify clinical needs, training opportunities, and growth areas for the company. Participate in leadership meetings, strategic planning, and quality-assurance initiatives.

Team Support & Culture Building



Foster a supportive, collaborative environment among clinicians. Address clinician concerns, workflow disruptions, or clinical risk issues. Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and mutual respect.

Qualifications



Doctoral-level psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

. Active

South Carolina clinical license

(or eligibility for SC licensure). Minimum

5 years of clinical experience

. Prior experience supervising clinicians strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across locations with professionalism and poise. Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Compensation



This is a full-time position. Compensation includes:

$85 per billable hour

provided directly by the Clinical Director.

$10 per hour billed

by licensed clinicians working under their direct supervision.

$20 per hour billed

by associate-level clinicians working under their direct supervision.
