We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and clinically driven Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our team in delivering high-quality, ethical, and effective behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. This leadership role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about clinical outcomes and understands the importance of structured systems that support both staff and client success.
The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, mentor and support BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure that services are delivered with fidelity, consistency, and measurable impact. This role blends clinical leadership with strategic oversight to ensure that our programs are not only compliant but also progressive, data-informed, and client-centered.

Duties
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and behavior technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments to guide individualized treatment planning.
Oversee data collection and analysis to ensure treatment effectiveness and client progress.
Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation in alignment with medical and ethical standards.
Lead intake and onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring comprehensive assessments and smooth transitions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care tailored to each client's needs.
Provide ongoing training and support in applied behavior analysis (ABA) methodologies and best practices.
Stay current with developments in behavioral health, autism treatment, and special education to continuously improve service delivery.
Monitor service delivery to ensure authorized hours are being fulfilled with clinical integrity and efficiency.
Partner with administrative teams to align clinical goals with operational processes, ensuring seamless care delivery.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical supervision, preferably in ABA settings.
Demonstrated expertise in working with children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Strong skills in clinical assessment, data analysis, and treatment planning.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
Knowledge of special education systems and collaborative care models.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective leadership and family engagement.
Ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and a focus on both clinical and operational excellence.
