About the Position - Clinical Department Supervisor I



The

Clinical Department Supervisor III

holds full clinical responsibility for the management and supervision of clinical operations and staff, including associate and non-licensed clinicians and therapists. The Clinical Department Supervisor III independently serves as a key leader within the clinical department, under supervision from the Clinical Program Manager.

Your Impact Will Include:



Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance. Supervises, coaches, and provides performance feedback to BHT-level staff, including disciplinary actions as needed. Provides individual and group clinical supervision, including documentation review and sign-off. Supports program development, training initiatives, and implementation of clinical strategies and policies. Serves as a point of escalation for complex cases and member care concerns. Coordinates audits, licensing surveys, quality assurance efforts, and ensures clinical model fidelity. Collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to support communication, problem-solving, and service coordination. Maintains all licensure, training, and supervision requirements; contributes to achieving KPIs and compliance standards.

Where You'll Work



Primarily onsite at our offices. Using standard office equipment, plus plenty of face-to-face interaction. Some days will require long periods of sitting, standing, or walking.

Education Required



High School or better.

HS Equivalency or better.

Masters or better in Clinical Psychology or related field.

Preferred



Bachelors or better in Clinical Psychology or related field.

Peer and Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) Certification is preferred

Experience

Required



Must be 21 years or older Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and critical thinking and problem-solving skills required Effectively demonstrates versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmEffectively collaborates and works within a team, while also effectively demonstrating the ability to take initiative and work well individually Independently Licensed Professional required (LPC, LCSW, LISAC/LIAC) Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) designation and APEP accreditation required Five (5) years of behavioral health experience required Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting required
