Overview

Our agency is currently in search of a Level III Clinical Counselor to aid in our endeavors in changing the stigmas surrounding substance use disorders and providing treatment to a variety of local populations.

The Level III Clinical Counselor will work with patients in an outpatient treatment setting to deliver a full range of therapeutic services to include assessment and treatment plan development, individual and group counseling services, case and crisis management, as well as discharge planning. Experience working with ADSAP a plus. Interested applicants should possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field

SC Licensure (LPC, LMSW, LAC, LISW-CP, LMFT) Certified as an ADC, AADC or CS through The Addictions Professionals of SC

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SUD treatment.

Ability to work independently at secondary sites. Experience and interest in Administrative and Clinical Supervision Knowledge of substance use disorders detailed in the DSM-5 TR Knowledge of ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) criteria General aptitude and knowledge of Electronic Health Record systems

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year
