A Brief Overview
Holy Name Medical Center is looking for an experienced Clinical Business Analyst to provide analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements related to healthcare technology products.
What you will do
Participate and lead in requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with stakeholders, developers, designers, QA analysts and internal/external customers
Elicit, capture, analyze, refine, articulate and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation via approved processes
Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle
Balance business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainability
Synthesize complex information and user feedback into concise, readable, well-defined business requirements
Design product training documents, and conduct or lead training sessions with end users
Ensure product backlog maintenance and grooming is conducted regularly
Participate or lead in Agile cadences such as Scrum standup meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings
Ensure that appropriate documentation is produced throughout the product lifecycle
Lead and analyze business processes/systems, identify inefficiencies and required controls, document procedures, and track KPI's
Perform other duties as assigned
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Computer Science, or related field required
Experience Qualifications
1-3 years Nursing or other clinical experience required Required
1-3 years Proven experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows and wireframes to communicate a set of functional requirements
Scrum experience highly desirable
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents (High proficiency)
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence a plus (Low proficiency)
Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile development processes (High proficiency)

Pay Range: $101,004.80 - $121,201.60
