Qualifications:
Completion of high school education is mandatory.
Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is advantageous.

Primary Duties:
Patient Interaction and Support
+ Welcomes new patients and explains clinic procedures.
+ Clarifies the purpose and process of diagnostic tests to patients.
+ Collects comprehensive patient histories.
+ Ensures accurate documentation and consistent measurement practices.
+ Adheres to infection control protocols and sterile techniques.
+ Manages patient flow and provides updates and reassurance to patients.
Equipment Oversight
+ Identifies and resolves basic equipment issues.
+ Replaces light bulbs and checks device connections.
+ Reports equipment malfunctions to the lead technician promptly.
Administrative and Facility Support
+ Seeks assistance from senior staff when needed.
+ Keeps examination and procedure areas clean and well-stocked.
+ Performs additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
This role is based in a clinical office setting. Physical activities include frequent speaking, listening, and interacting with patients. Regular use of hands for handling instruments and tools is required. The position involves standing, walking, sitting, and reaching. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be necessary. Visual acuity for both near and far distances, as well as focus adjustment, is essential. The work environment typically has a low to moderate noise level.
