Clinic Site Supervisor

What You'll Do
Partner with the Health Center Manager and front office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Oversee clinic schedules, workflow, and quality metrics to deliver an excellent patient experience.
Supervise and support clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment.
Monitor operations, address challenges, and contribute to process improvements.
Train and mentor front office representatives.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration
or
3+ years of medical management experience.
Minimum 2 years recent supervisory experience in a healthcare/medical office environment.
Strong knowledge of medical office practices, coding/billing, and electronic medical records (preferably eClinicalWorks).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
