Our medical & wellness clinic is growing, and we need a high-performing Clinic Operations Manager to lead our team, optimize workflows, and create a high-functioning office environment.
This role is for a leader who thrives on structure, efficiency, and team development--not just an administrator but a true operations expert who can streamline processes and create lasting impact.
What You'll Do:
Leadership & Training
Daily - Build, update, and implement SOPs and workflows
Train staff to follow standards, scripts, and processes
Set expectations and hold the team accountable
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily clinic flow, patient experience, and front desk operations
Manage inbound/outbound calls, patient enrollment, and customer service
Ensure patients understand and enroll into treatment plans
Handle escalations and disgruntled customers professionally
Performance & Strategy
Track KPIs and identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Build systems to increase efficiency, retention, and revenue
Lead team meetings, assign responsibilities, and ensure follow-through
HR & Administrative
Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and (if needed) terminations
Use QuickBooks or similar software for basic financial tasks
Maintain compliance, accuracy, and integrity in all reporting
