Healthy Connections is looking for a

Clinic Nurse (LPN or RMA)

to join the team in our Mena, AR clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate nurse to play a key role in

delivering high-quality patient care

and supporting a collaborative healthcare team.

What You'll Do:

Assist providers in delivering

primary and specialized healthcare services

to patients. Provide

direct patient care

, including medication administration, patient education, and care coordination. Prepare and maintain

exam rooms

to ensure efficiency and a seamless patient experience. Serve as a

liaison between patients, providers, and healthcare resources

, ensuring continuity of care. Keep

accurate and up-to-date

patient records, including documentation of medical history and vital signs. Promote a

safe and clean

clinical environment, following all infection control protocols. Participate in

community health initiatives

and patient outreach programs.

What You'll Need:

Active certification

as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).

Basic Life Support (BLS)

certification (

must be from American Heart Assoc. or Red Cross

). Strong

organizational skills

with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and electronic health records (EHR). Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to

travel to other locations for training and meetings

as required.

This is a

full-time

position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week over four days. Shift flexibility may be required to best serve our patients.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
