This position is responsible for high-level clinic operations and support for all clinic staff and volunteers. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of clinic services.

Part-Time (20 hours/week)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years' experience in clinical setting
Current licensure as LPN or RN in the state of Georgia
Minimum 1 year management experience
Previous experience working with patients facing multiple barriers in a healthcare setting or in a free or charitable clinic
Previous experience with interprofessional collaboration preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively lead staff
Excellent knowledge of health care office practices, procedures, and standards
Ability to take initiative for new responsibilities and projects
Ability to exercise considerable tact and judgment when working with sensitive and confidential information, familiarity with HIPAA requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations in a calm manner
Advanced computer skills
DUTIES:
Leadership & Staff Management
Carry out the clinic's vision and assist in implementing strategic goals and initiatives.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinic staff, including receptionists, patient care coordinators,medical assistants, volunteers and student interns.
Collaborate with the Executive Director on staff performance reviews, coaching, and professional development.
Lead weekly staff and volunteer meetings to review workflow, challenges, and updates.
Maintain an adequate volunteer base, participating in recruitment, orientation, and training efforts.
Clinic Operations & Administration
Oversee daily front-office operations, including patient scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and workflow efficiency.
Ensure clinic policies and procedures are implemented, monitored, and updated as needed.
Manage inventory, ordering office supplies, and maintaining clinic medications (entering into FlexScan).
Troubleshoot basic IT issues, including computers, printers, and phone systems.
Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and fax in a timely and professional manner.
Patient Care & Program Oversight
Assist with patient care as needed and provide backup support for staff absences.
Oversee patient education programs and ensure resources are accessible and up-to-date.
Coordinate with medical providers, volunteers, and external partners to ensure seamless patient care.
Track patient satisfaction, clinic outcomes, and quality improvement initiatives.
Community Outreach & Networking
Network with hospitals, community providers, and local agencies to arrange services not available within the clinic.
Promote partnerships that enhance patient access to care, medications, and support services.
Other Responsibilities
Perform various administrative and operational tasks as assigned to ensure smooth clinic function.
