Salary:

$83,000 - $93,000 / Year commensurate with experience

Clinic Location:

507 W Washington St. Newton, IL 62448$10,000 sign-on bonus available!

Qualifications:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in the state of Illinois Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems
