Now Hiring: Clinic Assistant - Temporary

Location:

Oak Creek

(with occasional support at Pleasant Prairie, Wauwatosa, Mequon, Oconomowoc as needed)

This is a part-time, temporary position, with the duration being until mid January.

What You'll Do as a Clinic Assistant:

Ensure a smooth and seamless patient experience throughout the day Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support quality care Room patients, take vitals, and accurately document medical history and vitals in the EHR Safety and sanitation of rooms and equipment Assist with other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver license

Primary Schedule:

Wednesday: 8am-12pm


Thursday: 12pm-4:30pm


Friday: 8am-4:30pm
