What are we looking for in you?



Availability to work full-time

Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm CT

.

Hybrid work schedule:

availability to work in our

Overland Park, Kansas office

3 days per week.

Technical aptitude

to quickly learn various technologies and software. Ability to use technical knowledge to analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix system issues. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Organization skills to balance and prioritize multiple client tickets and/or clients.

Qualifications:



High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or training in Information Technology preferred.

1-2 years related work experience in technical support, customer service, project management, or client relationship management

; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Basic SQL knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities:



Provide 1st level technical support and troubleshooting to one or more clients via phone, email, and chat for ByDesign software solutions. Provide daily support to clients by analyzing problems and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation. Effectively manage assigned support tickets by addressing and completing in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with clients, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required. Develop a thorough understanding of ByDesign's capabilities and services to effectively communicate with clients and troubleshoot issues. Maintain system functionality through crowdsource testing. Prepare reference material for users by drafting operations instructions. Improve existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes, and making recommendations. Participate in special projects as assigned.
