Employment Type: Full-Time (20-40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri)
Seasonal Demand: May-September will exceed 40 hrs/week, with Saturdays as needed
Location: Stockbridge, GA
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + benefits

About the Role



Join a team that manages, maintains, and supports large-scale commercial pool facilities across Georgia. As the Client Support & Administrative Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping both our internal operations and external client service running smoothly. This hybrid position blends administrative coordination, customer service, and seasonal fieldwork within the aquatics and commercial pool management industry.

You'll assist with everything from tracking service logs and managing communication with HOAs and property managers, to lending a hand in the field during inspections, pool openings, and closings. If you're dependable, proactive, and comfortable balancing office and field duties--this role was built for you.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver excellent customer service to commercial clients via phone, email, and in person Manage incoming calls, transfer messages, and maintain professional phone communication Review service reports and pool maintenance logs from field technicians Collaborate with operations managers to follow up on equipment issues, water chemistry alerts, and client concerns Proofread service documents and ensure compliance with commercial pool safety and operational standards Track orders for pool supplies, parts, and repairs as needed Review and organize job applications for seasonal and full-time aquatic staff Assist with coordinating marketing efforts, seasonal updates, and client announcements Perform fieldwork during peak season including supporting pool inspections, health department prep, and seasonal transitions (openings/closings) as needed Maintain a clean and professional office workspace Adapt to increased seasonal demand, including support on some Saturdays during the spring/summer months
Qualifications

Previous experience in client services, office coordination, or pool service administration preferred Familiarity with the aquatics, pool maintenance, or property management industry is a plus Strong communication and organization skills Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)

Willingness to support field service crews and perform hands-on tasks Positive attitude, growth mindset, and ability to work independently and within a team Problem solver with strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Comfortable working in outdoor environments around commercial swimming pools, especially during summer heat Must be able to assist with minor fieldwork including pool inspections, facility checks, and service setup
