Client Success Manager (Administrative Assistant)

for our Excelsior Springs, MO office. This key front-office role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient client experience. You will handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing documents.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining strict confidentiality Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner Schedule appointments and manage calendars Organize, file, and scan documents accurately Assist with client payments and related transactions Maintain a clean and efficient front office environment Willingness to learn and grow within the accounting and tax profession

Qualifications:

1+ years of administrative assistant or front office experience preferred Strong communication skills--both written and verbal Customer service-focused with a positive, professional demeanor Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or payroll is a plus, but not required
