Position Overview

We're seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who's eager to learn the ropes of digital marketing client success while supporting senior strategists and collaborating across creative, paid media, and production teams. The Client Success Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are executed smoothly, deadlines are met, and deliverables exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities

Support senior strategists in day-to-day client communication and relationship management. Assist in onboarding new clients by gathering assets, organizing information, and setting up projects. Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution. Collaborate with creative, paid media, and social teams to deliver high-quality campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, pull reports, and summarize results for client review. Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up with action items. Conduct research to support campaign strategy, industry trends, and competitive insights. Maintain CRM and project management systems (e.g., ClickUp) with accurate client information and task updates.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 0-2 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role (internships included). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.

A Plus:

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools).

Preferred:

Proficiency with project management or CRM tools.
