NKP Medical Marketing is seeking a highly motivated Client Success Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by serving as their primary point of contact and advisor for all things related to digital marketing. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs, develop customized strategies and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to deliver outstanding results. Position Overview



As a Client Success Associate at NKP Medical Marketing, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in the aesthetics industry, playing a significant role in their business growth.

Responsibilities



Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries and needs. Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts across various digital marketing channels. Analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and actionable insights to drive improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and recommendations to clients to maximize their digital marketing investments.

Key Requirements



Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles. Proven track record in managing client accounts and driving results. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. (Preferred) Excellent communication and presentation skills. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
