SUMMARY:

The Client Success department deals directly with Xactus clients and is an important contact point
ensuring a positive client experience. This role provides information for both the company and for the
client as it relates to challenges \xe2\x80\x93 i.e., invoicing. There is also a training aspect for this role as Xactus
onboards new clients and/or introduces new products and/or features.
The role will work in multiple platforms, namely, MCL and Xactus360.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provides excellent customer service support to clients through phone and email.
  • Runs live online Corporate University trainings for all products and services.
  • Produces invoices, runs reports, and performs other tasks based on client need.
  • Uploads Excel spreadsheets for batch ordering purposes.
  • Performs other special projects assigned by the supervisor.
